Coaching is a way of personal guidance. The goal of the coaching is defined by the client.
In coaching we help the client investigate what is needed to achieve one's own development goal. Coaching often focuses on behaviour, effectiveness, communication, results and self-confidence.

Integrative Counseling offers a (short-term) form of individual psychosocial guidance.
It helps people who suffer from stress and psychosomatic complaints, or find themselves to have learned behavior that appears to be blocking in the now, and it helps when processing emotional problems.
Counseling often focuses on motivation, beliefs, functioning and self-image.
Partner Relationship Therapy
Partner relationship therapy is a form of therapy aimed at solving relationship problems between partners.
Henk and Evelien also have experience in guiding towards a serious relationship or marriage, which can help to prevent relationship problems in the future or to recognize them in time.

Systemic therapy.
Systemic therapy is about individual therapy, couples therapy and family therapy. Problems or difficulties are considered from the context and coherence of your system.
Integrative Therapy is an active method with which you learn step by step to restore the connection with your true self.
We see that the way we experience ourselves, the other person and the world around us is partly determined by painful, repressed events from the past and the resulting survival patterns.
These psychological adjustments and compromises limit your ability to feel fulfilled and confident, and can seriously hinder your competence and your happiness in your relationships.
As an integrative therapist, we work with you to discover those adjustments and offer help to become free, to be yourself without compromise.
To achieve this goal, as an integrative therapist, we draw on multiple schools of thought and techniques, focusing on thinking, feeling, acting and body awareness.
