Integrative Counseling offers individual psychosocial support.
This form of therapy is aimed at clients who are able to (with
help) take responsibility for their own process.
Mental health problems are created over time by impactful events or due to difficult circumstances that have had a major impact. Counseling is therefore suitable for, for example:

  • Anxiety, stress, burnout, anxiety or panic complaints

  • Issues with partner, family or relatives

  • Relationship problems or divorce

  • Severe sadness, grieve or depressed feelings

  • Lack of confidence or low self-esteem

  • Bullying issues (both for bully and bullied)

  • Past with sexual abuse, assault or neglect

  • In the event of heavy grief and loss due to death, job loss or relocation

  • Loneliness or difficulty being alone 

COUNSELING WHEN :

  • Need for insight into own thinking patterns  and motivations.

  • Recovery from painful emotions.

  • Learning to deal with and recover from anxiety, depression  and stress.  

  • Learning to live in the now, instead of old patterns.
